Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Cavitation.

Cavitation uses focused ultrasound waves to create microbubbles in fat cells, causing them to rupture. Released lipids are naturally processed and eliminated via the lymphatic and metabolic systems. No incisions, anesthesia, or extended recovery are required.

Ideal candidates are adults near their target weight with localized fat pockets seeking non-surgical contouring. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, people with pacemakers, severe obesity, active infections, or certain medical conditions. A consultation determines suitability.

Most clients undergo a series of treatments—commonly six to twelve sessions—spaced one week apart. The exact number depends on treatment area, fat volume and individual response. Results accumulate gradually and may require maintenance.

Treatments are generally comfortable—clients feel warmth, gentle vibration or tingling. Temporary redness, mild swelling, bruising or numbness can occur but typically resolve within days. Serious complications are rare when performed by trained professionals.

Pre-care includes staying well-hydrated, avoiding alcohol and heavy meals, and wearing comfortable clothing. After sessions, drink extra water, gently massage treated areas and perform light activity to support lymphatic drainage for best results.

Some clients notice modest reduction or softer contours within one to two weeks as released fat is processed. Most visible improvements develop progressively across multiple sessions and several weeks; measurements and photos help track progress.
