Discomfort is usually mild, described as quick snaps or heat. We use cooling technologies, adjustable settings and topical anesthetic on request to keep treatments comfortable and manageable.

Modern lasers work well across many skin tones, though effectiveness is greater on darker hair. During consultation we assess skin and hair to choose the safest, most effective settings.

Avoid shaving 24 hours before and stop waxing or plucking weeks prior. Avoid sun exposure and tanning products. Shave the day before if instructed to keep follicles targeted.

Underarm appointments are typically short—often 10 to 20 minutes including prep and aftercare. Timing depends on whether you're combining areas or receiving additional skin treatments.

Downtime is minimal. You may experience temporary redness or mild swelling for a day or two. Avoid hot baths, heavy exercise and direct sun exposure while skin calms.
